Love this product! Only draw back is that I will now be on my 3rd one! Great deal but after 1 month of use the screen burned up! Sansa sent me a new one and now once month later it just stops responding 2009-06-06 Won't turn on, isn't recognized by my computer! I don't know if I'm cursed or what! I want one that will last!!! I love everything about it with the exception of it's reliability!! Would have given it 5 stars with the exception of the reliability!!!
